Thermafleece Insulation

What thickness of Thermafleece should I use?

In a new build you must comply with Building Regulations.  The minimum loft insulation thickness required when using Thermafleece is 250mm.  If you are improving your current levels of insulation, it is up to you,  the more insulation the better.  If you currently have no insulation we would recommend a minimum of 150mm, but any is better than none!

What width of Thermafleece should I use?

Measure the space where the insulation will be used.   The standard measurement between timbers centres in lofts is 400mm and in stud walls 600mm.   In an older house these measurements may vary, and often they are smaller.  In this case we would recommend purchasing 600mm width Thermafleece and cutting it to measure.

To see Thermafleece being fitted watch the Thermafleece Movie.
